Jack & Irene only hire staff who love what they do, and have sourced staff internationally including their chefs from Canada and waitresses from Fiji, offering sponsorship, so they could bring their passion and love for their work to The Vista. Jack is very serious about only providing fresh seafood to his customers and is notified every morning from the boats when they arrive with their daily catch.
